Coaching & Evaluation

Weeks 1–4

Training Rate

Immersive onboarding into direct marketing fundamentals. You will shadow experienced team members, learn our systems and be evaluated on your attitude and coachability.

Brand Ambassador

Months 1–3

Commission Based

You are in the field representing major brands. Commission-based earnings begin. The harder you work, the more you earn — no ceiling.

Leadership

Months 3–6

Commission + Override

You begin mentoring new starters while continuing to develop your own performance. Leadership skills are formally coached at this stage.

Crew Leader

Months 6–12

Team Override Income

You manage a team of Brand Ambassadors. Your income now includes overrides on your team's performance in addition to your own.

Assistant Owner

Months 12–18

Management Income

You oversee operations, recruitment and business strategy. You are preparing to open your own office and run your own operation.

Business Owner

18+ Months

Business Owner Income

You run your own independent marketing business within the AEM network. Full autonomy, full responsibility, full reward.
